1.  Ticket Sales

All ticket sales are final. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Once a ticket is purchased, it is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Tickets may not be resold, transferred, or refunded unless the event is cancelled by the organisers.

2.  No Refund Policy

Tickets are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to, personal circumstances, illness, or other unforeseen events.

In the event of postponement or change of date, tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled event, and refunds will not be issued.

3.  Festival Cancellation

If the whole festival is cancelled by the organisers, a full refund will be provided to the original purchaser.

Refunds will be processed within 30 days of the cancellation announcement.

4.  Festival Changes

The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the event program, including artist line-up and schedule, without prior notice.

In the case of such changes, tickets will not be refunded.

5.  Entry Conditions

Entry to the festival is only granted with a valid ticket.

The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry to any individual for security reasons or if the ticket holder does not comply with the event rules and regulations.

IF YOUR UNDER 16 YOU MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT AND HAVE VALID TICKETS TO ENTER THE FESTIVAL.

6.  Compliance with Laws

By attending the festival, attendees agree to comply with all local laws and regulations.

7.  Privacy

Personal information collected during the ticket purchasing process will be used in accordance with our privacy policy.
